Prior to founding Better World Web Solutions, LLC, Doug was a senior web developer and a senior manager for 2 years at Auragen Communications, a well-respected Rochester, NY based web development firm. Doug led the design and development work for several key accounts.

Doug's prior experience includes 5 years at Harris RF Communications in multiple roles including systems engineering management and product management, with a focus on product definition and tactical marketing as well as leading development of software applications, ASICs, and hardware products.

Doug spent 15 years at Texas Instruments creating and marketing software and hardware systems while working in information system design and development, engineering management, and strategic marketing.

Doug also has prior experience founding and managing a software development company that provided discounted cash flow analysis for the oil and gas industry, and custom programs for petroleum engineers.

Doug holds a BS in mathematics from Bucknell University, and a Masters in operations research from Cornell University. Doug holds multiple patents and has received numerous corporate and industry awards ranging from the Harris Communications Sector President's Innovation Award and Texas Instrument's Key Contribution award, to Byte Magazine's Award of Excellence for the product Doug was marketing.
